Carrying something heavy that does not have a name yet?
Some seasons ask more of you than you ever expected to give. This space is for people navigating difficulty that does not have a clear name, only a weight you have been carrying alone. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Are you in the middle of something ending?
Sometimes the falling apart is the beginning of something honest. This space is for people in the middle of a loss, an ending, or a season of unraveling, who need grounded support while they figure out what comes next. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Living between who you were and who you are becoming?
The space in between is its own kind of work. This is for people moving through a major life transition, who want company and clarity as they walk through it instead of rushing past it. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

What if being single is not a problem to solve?
It is not. And dating is not a performance. This space is for people choosing intentional dating, who want to talk honestly about what they want, what they will no longer settle for, and how to date from a grounded place. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Are the apps making dating worse?
Probably yes, and you are not imagining it. This space is for people navigating modern dating, ghosting, situationships, and app fatigue, who want to date from a more grounded place than swipe culture allows. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

You hold it down for everyone. Who holds it for you?
This space is for single Black moms who are doing everything for everyone. A place to exhale, to be seen, and to talk about what you carry without having to prove how strong you are. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Can you love your baby and still miss yourself?
Yes. Both are true at the same time. This space is for new moms navigating the joy, the exhaustion, the identity shift, and the questions no one warned you about. A place to be honest without being judged. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Are you parenting a child the world was not built for?
You are not failing. You are doing translation work most parents never have to do. This space is for parents of neurodivergent children, who want practical tools, real community, and a place where their child is understood instead of explained. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Promised yourself you would not yell, then you did?
You are not a bad parent. You are working with a nervous system that needs new tools. This space is for parents moving from reactivity to regulation, who want to respond to their children from a more grounded place without shame or self-blame. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

You take care of someone you love. Who takes care of you?
This space is for caregivers of aging parents, ill family members, or loved ones with chronic conditions, who need a place to talk about the weight of being needed without the guilt of needing your own life back. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Is college harder than you expected to say out loud?
You are not behind. You are growing in a system that does not always make room for messy growth. This space is for college students navigating academic pressure, identity questions, relationships, and the quiet loneliness of a season everyone said would be the best years of your life. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

What if big feelings are not the problem?
They are not. Not knowing what to do with them is. This space is for teens learning emotional regulation, identity exploration, and how to feel things without being overwhelmed by them. A place to be heard by people who actually get it. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Does grief feel different than people say it should?
That is because grief does not move in a straight line. This space is for people grieving a loss, whether recent or years ago, who need a place where their grief is allowed to be what it is, without timeline or tidiness. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

The treatment ended. Did the rest of it?
For most survivors, no. The fear, the fatigue, the questions about recurrence, and the way other people moved on while you are still rebuilding. This space is for cancer survivors learning how to live after treatment, who need a place to name what survivorship actually feels like. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.

Are you managing a body the world assumes is fine?
Daily management is a kind of work most people do not see. This space is for people living with the aftermath of chronic illness treatment, who want community with others who understand what daily management actually requires without having to explain it. Virtual. Weekly. Confidential. Limited seats.
